Job Description

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential functions satisfactorily:

  • Take the information provided by the compliance specialist and create the needed documents for import to the US.
  • Monitor shipments to make sure import clearance is completed in a timely manner
  • Maintain government registrations for trade compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create US import documents for internationally supplied products/shipments
  • Monitor and record on shared file shipment information. Facilitate clearance as necessary.
  • Monitor SalesForce cases for Manc-Compliance and assign to correct party. Resolve cases as appropriate and close.
  • Support compliance specialists by maintaining the list of parts to be classified based on system queries.
  • Support customer experience executives with order guidance when needed for regulated parts.
  • Maintain government registrations for import, distribution and export.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Able to use Excel, Word and SalesForce.
  • Willingness to learn import and export regulations and requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, well organized, innovative

  • Continuous improvement mindset

Preferred:

* Familiar with IFS and chemistry

  • While performing duties of this job, the employee may be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
