A rare opportunity for a Compliance Administrator has opened at New Country Motor Car Group. Due to the size of our growing business we need Compliance Administrators to ensure our dealerships are following the latest rules and regulations. This is an entry-level position and includes on the job training.  Prior administrative and office experience is preferred.  This position will be Monday through Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM.

Responsibilities

  • Review Customer Delivery Files for all proper documentation, data, missing paperwork and required compliancy

  • Proper training will be provided so Compliance Administrators can work efficiently and accurately.  We encourage Compliance Administrators to proactively ask questions

  • Process and complete Compliancy Checklist as assigned

  • Compile and update a "Hit List" for all missing compliance items

  • Work closely with Compliance Director to review, understand and respond to compliance issues

  • Provide appropriate compliance support to all organization employees to help secure our commitment to proper compliance

  • Jump in and solve problems at dealerships when needed

  • Work directly with Controller's, Office Managers, Title Clerks, and DMV Clerks when needed

  • Provide additional administrative support as needed

  • Superior customer service skill, organization and follow-up skills

  • Computer literacy & strong attention to detail

  • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Excel

  • CDK Dealer Services experience (preferred)

  • Ability to adhere to all Company policies, procedures and safety standards

  • Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner
