The Compliance & Accreditation Lead is a pivotal role within the SEEK Pass Growth function, responsible for helping SEEK Pass scale safely and credibly.

You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and lead SEEK Pass's compliance and accreditation agenda, ensuring we maintain strong trust foundations while enabling faster growth, market expansion and product innovation. As SEEK Pass grows in scale, regulatory complexity and ecosystem reach across APAC, we need stronger and more scalable risk and compliance capabilities, without losing the best of our innovative and agile strengths.

You will work closely with teams across Growth, Product, Engineering and Operations, as well as broader stakeholders in SEEK's legal, privacy, risk and compliance functions. This is a hands-on builder role — you'll be defining and executing processes in equal measure, helping teams navigate complexity, make informed decisions and move quickly with confidence.

Success here is as much about fostering commitment as it is about compliance. You will help embed a culture where everyone pro-actively thinks about risk, security and privacy — because we see security and privacy by design as central to our product and value proposition. In 12 months, you'll have built repeatable practices that meet the expectations of key partners and regulators, and strengthened the foundations that support our sustainable growth across the region.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve SEEK Pass's compliance and accreditation roadmap aligned to growth priorities
• Lead all compliance and accreditation projects end-to-end, and assist in maintaining our ISO 27001 and 42001 certifications
• Establish scalable governance practices that meet obligations and build stakeholder confidence
• Champion a proactive culture of risk, security and privacy awareness across all SEEK Pass functions
• Govern the legal review process, helping teams navigate trade-offs and decision rights efficiently
• Coordinate annual reviews of risk controls, security penetration tests and fraud prevention activities
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, keeping pace with a fast-moving and ambiguous environment
• Roll up your sleeves, this is a hands-on role where you'll be executing as much as you're strategising

• Relevant experience in compliance, risk, security, privacy or accreditation, enterprise risk background not required
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes end to end
• Strategic and structured thinker who's equally comfortable zooming in, getting things done and navigating ambiguity
• Collaborative communicator with the maturity to earn commitment across all levels, written, spoken and without formal authority
• Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams across legal, privacy, engineering and beyond
• End-to-end ISO 27001 accreditation experience and/or familiarity with APAC regulatory environments (highly regarded)
• Experience in a start-up, scale-up or high-growth tech environment, ideally with agile software development exposure (highly regarded)
• Domain knowledge in identity verification, credentialling, police checks or background checks (advantageous)
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or people leadership experience (advantageous)
