What you will do
- Replace complex components on Circuit Card Assemblies including BGA, LGA, fine pitch and small architecture (0201 & 01005)
- Hand solder SMT and through-hole parts onto boards
- Adherence to ESD process expectations
What you will need
- Good verbal communication skills in English needed to report issues
- Understanding of IPC standards (IPC-A-610)
- Ability to interpret BOMs, assembly diagrams and other build documentation
- Ability to solder complex PCBs, use a microscope and soldering/de-soldering equipment Work Experience:
- 3+ years' experience (including at minimum 1 year of BGA rework)
