The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an experienced attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience to join our team. Prior insurance defense experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling matters involving premises liability, construction, insurance coverage, and pre-suit claims. We are looking for a motivated attorney with strong litigation skills who is ready to contribute to a collaborative and established practice.
Your Day to Day:
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation-related documents.
- Manage and advance cases through various stages of the litigation process.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, colleagues, opposing counsel, and other parties.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications proficiently.
Requirements
- Strong legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy skills.
- A client-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Highly organized with clear, concise, and professional communication skills.
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
