And most importantly, the right candidate will want to become great at trial work, whether that is as a lead trial lawyer or in a supporting role.

- Active license to practice law and admission to practice in federal court
- Civil litigation experience including familiarity and application of state and federal rules of civil procedure, rules of evidence and attorney rules of ethical conduct
