We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in customer service or complaint management, preferably in Life Insurance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Haves:
- Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders
On the job you will:
- Receive and log customer complaints through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
- Acknowledge receipt of complaints promptly and maintain communication with customers throughout the resolution process.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve complaints to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Ensure all complaints are resolved within the specified time frames.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers to understand their issues and concerns.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their complaints and actions being taken.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify process improvements and prevent future complaints.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
