Are you passionate about logistics and looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact? Join our team as a Logistics Complaint Handler! In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and investigating logistical complaints from markets, covering both DC and factory shipments to customers. You will play a crucial part in ensuring timely resolution and closure of complaints, while also analyzing results to identify continuous improvement opportunities in warehouse and transport processes.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accepting or rejecting complaints, allocating the correct root cause, and reporting to various stakeholders. You will also evaluate complaints based on financial rules and maintain close cooperation with internal customers. Additionally, you will be an active participant in complaint meetings and lead other improvement projects.

More about you

We are looking for candidates with knowledge and experience in complaint handling, with a preference for those who have prior experience in this area. Experience in a logistics environment is preferred, along with excellent coordination skills and an understanding of logistics processes. If you are motivated, detail-oriented, have good communication skills both in Polish & English as well being ready to contribute to our delivery performance team, we want to hear from you!
