Manage and maintain global product compliance documentation, ensure adherence to international regulations (REACH, RoHS, TSCA, PFAS, Prop 65), coordinate cross-functional and supplier data collection and IMDS submissions, monitor regulatory changes, and investigate/resolve compliance issues and customer inquiries.

Support site-specific product compliance initiatives by ensuring adherence to facility-, customer-, and region-specific regulatory, quality, and environmental requirements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain ongoing compliance.
Ensure compliance with international product regulations and environmental directives, including REACH, RoHS, TSCA, PFAS, Proposition 65, and other applicable global requirements.
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Suppliers, and Customers to obtain and validate compliance data.
Review supplier documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance and follow up on outstanding requests.
Support IMDS submissions and maintain accurate material data records to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Monitor changes to global product compliance regulations and assist in implementing updated compliance requirements.
Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, documentation discrepancies, and customer inquiries.
We are looking to hire a candidate with 3 to 4 years of experience who has completed an Engineering degree, preferably with a background in the Manufacturing industry.
