Job Description:
As Competition Compliance Student Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compliance projects primarily relating to implementation of the Maersk competition compliance programme. You will support the team in various administrative and operational tasks related to trainings, risk assessment, reporting and monitoring of compliance across the global organization.
You will work closely with the Competition Law team, as well as with members of the broader Compliance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience about compliance projects and develop practical skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with compliance projects implementation through planning, follow-up and reporting activities
- Help with data collection across the regions and maintain accurate records
- Support the team in execution of the administrative and hoc tasks and initiatives
Who We Are Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (preferably in in Economics, Commercial Law, Business Administration or a related field)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experienced user in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to collect and validate data, retain and follow up meticulously
- Previous experience in compliance or project management is a plus, but not a requirement
Work Schedule:
Due to the nature of our business, we would require you to work a minimum of 2 days per week from the office, with flexibility in vacation and exam periods.
