SUMMARY:
Assists in maintenance and administration of the Compensation program. Assists in the completion of salary surveys, reviews market pricing and determines other details for job titles. Prepares job descriptions and maintains a job description database. Assists in report production and with the production, maintenance and administration of the Affirmative Action program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists with the review and maintenance of base salary structures, pay grades, and compensation frameworks.
Assists with salary survey participation, market pricing, and benchmarking activities.
Contributes to annual compensation processes, including merit, promotion, and title change events.
Partners with managers to review, create, and update job descriptions and position profile documents.
Maintains and updates the job description and job architecture database, including job codes and job titles.
Assists with maintaining role clarity, career progression frameworks, and job architecture consistency.
Generates and fulfills reporting requests from HR, Payroll, and Recruiting systems.
Creates and maintains organizational charts.
Completes HRIS related updates to compensation events, supervisor changes, and restructures.
Supports internal and external audits by gathering and preparing required documentation.
Assists in the preparation and submission of legally required compliance reports, including EEO-1, Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), and VETS-4212, ensuring accuracy and adherence to federal regulations.
Ensures all company locations are compliant with federal, state, and local labor law posting requirements; coordinate distribution and maintain electronic postings on internal HR systems.
Administers and supports the performance evaluation process, including distribution and tracking of 90-day reviews for new hires and internal transfers; respond to user inquiries and maintain documentation.
Maintains and promotes data integrity within HR systems (HRIS) by ensuring accurate data entry, auditing records, and supporting best practices for data management and reporting.
Provide operational support to HRIS administration, assisting with day-to-day system activities.
Assists in ensuring compliance with compensation-related regulations, including FLSA, pay equity and pay transparency requirements.
