Job Description:
This role is responsible for providing general operations support and programs/systems administration as part of the Discover Broad-Base Compensation team, including the coordination of daily activities, service delivering and reporting. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the main contact for and as the administrator of specific compensation/recognition programs and the respective technology systems including all operational tasks and communications; identifies opportunities and makes program/process improvement recommendations.
  • Responsible for managing the recognition program inbox and responding to simple inquiries or escalating as needed.
  • Provides timely and accurate analytics, data, and reporting support to various internal partners.
  • Provides general operations support to the Broad-based Compensation team including job description creation and update, and job code creation.
  • Processes vendor invoices and support vendor management activities.
  • Creates, organizes, and maintains electronic documents, databases and file systems for audit compliance and tracking support.
  • Assists with preparing documentation related to revised processes and procedures.


Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years in compensation administration or related experience
  • In lieu of education, 4+ years compensation administration or related experience


Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we'd also look for:

  • 1+ years experience in HR system administration
  • Advanced excel skills

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $58,500.00 to $90,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
