Position Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on, analytical, and collaborative Compensation Manager to help shape competitive, equitable, and well-governed compensation programs that support our business and our people.In this role, you will lead compensation analysis, annual compensation processes, equity administration, executive compensation support, and reporting for key stakeholders across HR, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, Legal, and business leadership. You will translate complex compensation and equity information into clear insights, practical recommendations, and scalable processes that strengthen decision-making across the organization.What You’ll Do
- Lead market pricing, job evaluation, salary structure reviews, compensation benchmarking, and internal equity analysis.
- Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit, incentive, and compensation review processes from planning through post-cycle review.
- Provide practical compensation guidance for offers, promotions, job changes, new roles, and organizational changes.
- Administer and analyze equity compensation, including grants, vesting, employee equity data, reconciliations, controls, and reporting.
- Partner across HR, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, Legal, executive leadership, and business teams to deliver accurate insights and timely decision support.
- Support executive compensation work, including Proxy compensation data, Compensation Committee materials, Board-level reporting, and related analysis.
- Translate complex compensation, equity, and workforce data into clear recommendations for varied audiences.
- Maintain strong governance, documentation, confidentiality, and quality control across compensation and equity processes.
- Coach, develop, and guide team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, service orientation, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–10 years of experience in compensation, including market pricing, job evaluation, salary structures, benchmarking, equity administration, and HR analytics.
- Experience supporting annual compensation cycles such as merit, incentive, and compensation review processes.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel experience, including pivot tables, look-up functions, complex formulas, and data modeling.
- Hands-on HRIS experience, with Workday strongly preferred; experience with E*TRADE Equity Edge Online or another equity platform preferred.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and presentations for HR, business, executive, and Board-level audiences.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail when handling confidential compensation and equity information.
- Experience leading, coaching, or guiding team members, projects, or cross-functional workstreams.
- Experience with executive compensation, Proxy statement support, SEC disclosure requirements, compensation surveys, dashboards, Power BI, or a publicly traded/regulated environment is a plus.
- Certified Equity Professional certification, or progress toward certification, is a plus.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $145,000

Salary Range:
$103,700.00 - $162,100.00PRA Group has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, specific working location and market position. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and PRA Group reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications and location of the selected candidate. In addition to base salary, PRA may offer additional benefits to include performance based bonus programs and/or equity programs depending on the position. PRA offers paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k match, life insurance, and other benefits to assist with the physical and mental wellbeing of our employees.
