What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a detail-oriented team player who’s ready to dive into the details of compensation and rewards. You’ll bring:

School Game: Junior or senior majoring in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field (3.0 GPA preferred).

Excel MVP: Proficiency in Excel (think v-lookups, pivot tables, and formulas) to help crunch numbers and find solutions.

Analytical Edge: A talent for digging into data and uncovering trends that drive better decision-making.
