We're looking for an experienced Compensation Analyst to help build and evolve our compensation programs while serving as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders. You'll partner across HR, Finance, Legal, HRIS, and business leadership to develop practical, scalable compensation solutions that support the business today and position us for future growth.
This role offers a mix of strategic project work and day-to-day consulting, with ownership of key compensation programs, processes, and initiatives.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Compensation Programs & Business Partnership
- Design, administer, and continuously improve compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and job architecture.
- Serve as the primary compensation consultant for HR Business Partners and business leaders, providing guidance on job evaluations, market pricing, offers, promotions, and organizational changes.
- Lead annual compensation planning, including system administration, communications, leader support, and post-cycle analysis.
- Coordinate equity grant administration and support compensation-related decisions across the organization.
Governance & Process Improvement
- Maintain compensation policies, governance, career frameworks, and documentation that promote consistency and scalability.
- Conduct market pricing, compensation analyses, and pay equity reviews to support business decisions.
- Lead compensation-related projects and identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and system capabilities.
- Serve as the compensation subject matter expert for Workday, partnering with HRIS on system enhancements and reporting.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects

- Able to explain compensation concepts in plain English, not compensation jargon
- Confident partnering with leaders and providing thoughtful recommendations
- Comfortable balancing strategic work with day-to-day execution

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience supporting broad-based compensation programs.
- Experience supporting salary administration, market pricing, job evaluation, and annual compensation cycles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience using Workday (preferred)
Projected Salary Range: $93,000-$105,000
