  • Support governance processes, including documentation standards, version control, action tracking, and audit readiness.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting frameworks and Committee materials to enhance clarity and efficiency.

  • Partner with Communications and Compensation Relationship Managers to support communication of Committee-approved decisions.

2. Enterprise-Wide Strategic Compensation Projects

  • Support the Director, Compensation & Benefits and Board Compensation Advisor in periodic compensation structure reviews to assess market competitiveness.

  • Contribute analytical support to the design and enhancement of the incentive plan aligned with business strategy and performance objectives.

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses related to incentive plan effectiveness, competitiveness, pay-for-performance alignment, and risk considerations.

  • Provide project and analytical support for compensation program enhancements and related change initiatives.

  • Monitor program effectiveness and support continuous improvement efforts.

  • Support the development or enhancement of global mobility programs.

What you bring

  • Solid understanding of compensation and incentive design principles, pay-for-performance frameworks, and related governance processes.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including building financial models and performing data analysis.

  • Strong PowerPoint and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, well-structured materials.

  • High attention to detail and strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Professionalism and discretion in handling highly confidential matters.
