Position Summary:
The position of Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Aptiv involves providing expert support in the development and implementation of reward policies, while ensuring alignment with internal standards and market practices. This role requires a strategic and analytical approach to the field of compensation and benefits, the creation of relevant documentation, and collaboration with management to maintain an effective compensation and benefits system.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing compensation and benefits strategies
- Administering and improving Comp&Ben programs and procedures
- Maintaining and developing the salary grading system
- Defining and implementing policies for base and variable pay, allowances, and both monetary and non-monetary benefits
- Preparing compensation package proposals for new hires and internal transfers
- Providing support in the salary budgeting process
- Supporting management and employees regarding Comp&Ben practices
- Collaborating with external partners in the area of Comp&Ben and monitoring market trends
- Preparing analyses, reports, and presentations related to compensation and benefits
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (VI level of education)
- At least 2 years of work experience in the same or similar roles
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package
- Proficiency in English
- Well‑ developed analytical, organizational, and communication skills
