As Compensation & Benefits Manager you'll focus. on:
- Compensation Structure Management: Design, implement, and maintain the company's salary banding and grading structure to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Conduct job evaluations and market pricing against industry standards.
- Annual Compensation Reviews: Lead the annual compensation review cycle (including salary increases, bonuses, and equity grants). Partner with leadership and HRBPs to ensure fair, consistent, and budget-aligned pay plan administration.
- Benefits Program Oversight: Manage the full range of employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement, wellness). Ensure, in partnership with local HRBPs, all programs maintain local regulatory compliance.
- Policy Development: Develop and document clear compensation policies and guidelines, ensuring transparency and effective communication to employees.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation data, trends, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to leadership. Create dashboards for monitoring pay plan effectiveness, budgeting, and cost management.
About you:
- Experience: 3-6 years direct C&B Partner experience in at least two international organizations.
- Design & Strategy: Track record designing and recommending new compensation structures or benefits programs to meet business needs.
- Executive Influence: Experience presenting complex data to senior leadership and influencing business decisions.
- System & Tool Expertise: Proficient in HRIS and compensation management software (data cleansing, system configuration, executive dashboards).
- Analytical Skills: Able to perform complex data analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, job evaluations, and market pricing.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge of compensation principles, salary banding/grading, pay plans (bonuses, equity), and employee benefits program design/administration.
- Project Execution: Strong organizational skills to execute large-scale, sensitive projects (e.g., annual review cycles, new benefit rollouts).
