This position will support to the Compensation and Benefits area m aintaining pay structure and benefits program for Brazil & Latam
The role will support and propose design of effective Compensation and Benefits solutions, governance, tools and processes in line with Pfizer's Global Total Rewards philosophy and strategy, to enhance Pfizer's ability to attract, motivate, retain and engage a high-performing , committed workforce . W ill work close to Brazil operational benefits process to ensure the correct governance .
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply of collective salary agree ments in Brazil, including operational and communication to colleagues.
- Calculate the local profit sharing for colleagues according to the Agreement with the Unions for Brazil and communication with colleagues .
- Main point of contact with Marsh regarding all the operational side of the benefits in Brazil .
- Be the main point of contact for the Ad-hoc merit increase in Brazil
- Support the implementation and maintenance process and implementation of benefit in Brazil and Latam
- Be responsible to create PO and DDQ.
- Support the annual renewal of insurable benefits, being responsible for all the internal administrative processes for Brazil and Latam.
- Propose improvements in current programs, as well as identifying new opportunities to guarantee innovative proposals .
- Support the communicating benefits process with PX responsibility and updating materials and Mercer Gold.
- The candidate will have direct contact with the suppliers of the different markets in order to guarantee solid and reliable relationships.
- Support the region of Annual Survey Participation, submitting information regarding benefits and salaries. Will also participate in spots surveys.
- Will be responsible for ensuring that the Comp Information in WD is updated, submitting Massive Uploads and conducting Data Integrity activities for Brazil and Latam
- The candidate will have anactive collaboration in Global Compensation Structure Annual Update and Global Compensation Cycle.
- Provide support regarding analysis of job evaluations, benchmarking activities, as well as been involved in Payfactor activies .
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration or similar field
- 3-5 years of relevant compensation and benefits experience
- Understanding of compensation and benefit principles, tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Vendor Management knowledge: Procurement, Payment Processes, Invoices, etc.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented.
- Innovative / creative and continuous improvement mindset with passion for increased efficiency and effectiveness through automation / digitalization
- Fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish is a differential.
