Responsiblities
Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of a data-driven total rewards and compensation structure, including compensation philosophy, market-competitive benchmarking, and analysis, as well as benefits and other employee perks that attract and retain high caliber talent while managing internal equity.
Manage the bi-annual compensation adjustment cycle, including benchmarking for the merit/promotion budget, implementation and oversight of the compensation adjustment process including associated communication/training, and pay equity analyses.
Implement tools that further automate and streamline compensation processes and decisions.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports related to compensation and HR analytics.
Qualifications
+5 years proven experience in HR analytics and compensation design.
In-depth understanding of global market analysis, salary planning, job analysis, job evaluations, compensation principles and practices (LatAm focus is a plus).
Familiarity with Radford and Willis Towers Watson benchmarking is a plus.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Advanced to Expert skill level in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail.
Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, doing, and auditing work.
Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Experience with effectively communicating and influencing stakeholders from front-line employees to executives.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Fluent English language proficiency is required for this role as we have a highly diverse and global business.
Fluent Spanish and Portuguese language is a plus.
