In this Compensation and People Analytics & Insights Intern role, you'll help transform people and compensation data into meaningful insights that influence talent strategies, reward programs, and organizational effectiveness across a global company.
Qualified candidates must be able to work an on-site schedule at our Bloomington, MN office.
Role Responsibilities:
Drive an analytical project to define and measure Leadership through statistical methodologies, including validation testing (e.g. adverse impact analysis, calibration and interaction testing, etc.).
Make modifications to People Analytics & Insights owned dashboards in Workday.
Support PA&I team operating metrics and provide recommendations to enhance operating model.
Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing compensation data from internal HR systems and external survey sources.
Support the review and documentation of job descriptions
Help maintain job architecture and job catalog information.
Participate in market pricing projects and compensation benchmarking exercises.
Participate in special projects related to compensation, Total Rewards, and HR analytics.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current junior/3rd year (rising senior) undergraduate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics or Mathematics, Human Resources, Business Analytics or related field.
Experience in statistical testing, building models and validation testing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in psychometrics.
Ability to explain highly technical results in a succinct and simplified way.
Knowledge of compensation principles and market benchmarking concepts.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 cumulative GPA.
Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 - 28.00, depending on projected undergraduate graduation date, educational degree in progress and major of study upon time of hire.
This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.
