Compensation Range
Hourly: $23.80 - $31.50 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to partner with plan administrators across the organization to process incentive payments and provide general support to the compensation and payroll team.
Essential Functions
Administer incentive plan payments and manage centralized email inboxes including Incentive Processing, Compensation, and Payroll Support
Manage compensation inquiries from team members and provide timely responses as it relates to Branch and Customer Care offers. Manage tracking related to these items and track for trends in Compensation practices.
Review offer letters and ensure appropriate information is disseminated and processed
Create and update job profiles as requested and assist in reviewing job descriptions
Manage monthly stock grant process
Assist in leading the annual salary survey process; including, researching salary survey options and providing recommendations, collecting materials, submitting surveys and payments on-time, and uploading results to central market pricing application
Timecard coordination and pre-payroll administration, including adjustments and corrections
Process accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll
Process adjustments, manual checks, and payroll data files
Support payroll reporting, documentation, and audits
Audit payroll data and resolve issues before processing
Assist with compensation and payroll programs and processes as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Ability and desire to learn compensation and payroll best practices and processes
Basic knowledge or ability to learn applicable employment laws, including FLSA
Ability to ask questions, offer solutions, retain information and apply details to future situations
Intermediate ability to research and partner with team members to find accurate information
Proactive in finding ways to assist team members and streamline processes
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
1+ years general Human Resources or related experience required
*Hybrid Schedule: In office 2 days per week
