Essential Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage the organization's compensation and benefits strategies, policies, and programs.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to ensure our compensation packages are competitive within the industry and align with company goals.
- Design and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are aligned with overall HR and business strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to existing compensation structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs to drive employee motivation and performance.
- Monitor and analyze compensation trends to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to manage budgeting and cost forecasting for compensation and benefits programs.
- Lead communication efforts to educate employees about compensation and benefits programs, policies, and updates.
- Oversee the administration of employee leave programs, such as vacation, sick leave, and parental leave.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members and managers on compensation-related matters.
- Collaborate with external vendors, brokers, and consultants to optimize benefits offerings and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of compensation and benefits programs to identify areas for improvement.
- Act in accordance with the established mission, vision, and values.
- Abide by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Maintain effective communication and professional working relationships with patients/clients and their representatives, team members, contractors, physicians, peers, outside agencies, and the public.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience with 3+ years in compensation and benefits management or a related HR field.

- Familiarity with benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Strong understanding of relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
