The Position
As a member of the Global Compensation Data Analytics team, you will have the opportunity to develop, maintain, and present compensation models and tools that align with our unique culture, values and business needs. You will be responsible for analyzing compensation data, organizing and presenting findings in a forward-thinking manner that influences senior organizational decisions and ensures our compensation practices are competitive and aligned with our organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical abilities and a scrappy, critical-thinking mindset to tackle new and emerging issues. To be successful, you must be a thoughtful and curious team player who can support others with relevant data and analysis that fosters creative thinking and change enablement. You will work both independently and as a senior member of the compensation team on larger projects.
Your typical day might involve:

Analyze and interpret compensation data to support the development of competitive compensation structures.

Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation practices are aligned with industry standards.

Develop and maintain compensation models and tools to support decision-making processes.

Collaborate with HR and management to design and implement compensation programs and policies.

Provide insights and recommendations on compensation trends and best practices.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation.

Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey results to inform compensation strategies.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of five years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-
In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work manage day-to-day relationships with vendors that support our processes.
Preferred Experience and Skills
-
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
-
Experience with HRIS systems and compensation management software.

Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization techniques
