Job Responsibilities
- Lead global gender pay gap reporting processes, including methodology development, analysis, automation, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive initiatives supporting compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and other compensation-related regulatory requirements.
- Advise stakeholders on compensation policies, regulatory developments, and associated control enhancements.
- Lead and contribute to country-level and firmwide compensation projects.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into compelling business narratives.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
