Hudson Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to join our growing team. Compensation: $62-70K (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support market pricing, salary structure maintenance, and compensation analyses
  • Assist with incentive plan administration, reporting, and compensation process controls
  • Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc compensation reports and dashboards
  • Conduct pay equity and compensation-related analyses to support fair and competitive pay practices
  • Partner with HR and Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and salary recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate compensation processes and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent combination of education or experience (required)
  • Experience supporting compensation programs, analytics, reporting, or related business processes
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including charts, formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data validation / configurations
  • Experience with HRIS systems, compensation tools, or reporting platforms preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
