Responsibilities
- Assist Compensation Lead with the completion of annual broad-based and executive compensation surveys.
- Conduct market analyses and partner with HR teammates to develop recommendations for new hires and internal roles.
- Assist Compensation Lead with the execution of programs that require cross functional collaboration, including annual compensation planning.
- Develop communication tools to help expand understanding of compensation programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation questions.
- Keep abreast of compensation trends as well as federal, state, local and/or provisional laws and regulations.
- Assist with managing equity plans through the Fidelity platform.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business
- Experience in Banking / Human Resources / Compensation is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Preferred experience with Workday, Fidelity and PayScale
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
- Excellent communication skills including speaking, writing and presenting
- Ability to establish positive working relationships across the organization
- Strong organizational skills; including effective time management
- Self-starter, pro-active, willing to learn
