Job Summary

In this role, you can be part of a team supporting sales compensation for SHI. The Compensation Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring the proper administration and execution of compensation plans and related data between Anaplan and reliant business systems.

Role Description

  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by conducting monthly audit, validation, and reconciliation checks on key commission calculation

  • Developing and implementing data quality standards, policies, and procedures to maintain data integrity across Anaplan dependent systems

  • Conducting root cause analysis, developing process outlines, and implementing corrective measures to prevent data integrity issues

  • Documenting data quality standards, policies, and procedures to maintain data integrity across Anaplan dependent systems

  • Work with compensation leader on ensuring alignment of compensation plans to SHI business goals

  • Provide data-driven recommendations on compensation plans based on analysis

  • Documentation and administration of all sales and overlay compensation plans within Anaplan

  • Maintain and audit sales compensation plan structures and codes within Anaplan

  • Partner with cross-functional departments to support sales compensation program at SHI

Skill Level Requirements

  • The ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently - Intermediate

  • The ability to create, manage, and interpret interactive data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making and strategic planning - Intermediate

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics AX for enterprise resource planning, including tasks such as order tracking, inventory management, and financial reporting - Intermediate

  • Proficiency in creating structured frameworks for organizing and interpreting data - Intermediate

  • Ability to apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for accurate financial reporting - Intermediate

Other Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree

  • 3-4 years of experience in analytics

  • 3-4 years of experience in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Experience with systems including AX, Microsoft PBI, CRM

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
