We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards, this role plays a key part in designing, implementing, and maintaining competitive compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. You will provide data-driven insights, support annual compensation cycles, and help advance our total rewards strategy through continuous improvement, innovation, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Support total rewards programs — administer and analyze fixed and variable pay programs, develop cost models, track spend, and contribute to annual budget planning.
Deliver compensation analytics — research market trends, participate in salary surveys, and benchmark roles to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Maintain compensation data integrity — manage HRIS compensation modules, ensure data accuracy, and identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
Conduct job evaluations and pay analysis — perform market pricing and compensation reviews for new and existing roles, maintaining up-to-date wage grids and job architecture frameworks.
Partner on pay transparency and pay equity initiatives — conduct research, support compliance, and assist in developing related policies.
Support year-end processes — collaborate with the Compensation Manager to execute annual reviews for base salary and variable compensation programs, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement — identify process enhancements and contribute to special HR and compensation projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field.
CHRP/CHRL designation and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
3–5 years of progressive experience in compensation and analytical roles within Human Resources, Finance, or related business functions
Analytical skills, detail-oriented, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ex: pivot tables, lookups, IF function, Charts etc.,), and strong HRIS experience.
Understanding legislation requirements as it relates to compensation matters, payroll, and benefits.
Focused listening, oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required to communicate with a variety of individuals on a regular basis.
