Summary:
As Cook Children's Compensation Analyst, you will provide timely and accurate wage, as well as salary analysis, of the applicable local, regional, and national health care markets in order to establish and maintain competitive salary structures within Cook Childrens Health Care System. Your duties include:

job evaluation

job description administration/maintenance
-
salary administration
You will also be responsible for database administration, query and report writing functions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field required

Minimum one year of experience in compensation administration

Healthcare experience preferred
-
Must have intermediate skills in Excel
