Position Summary
The Compensation Administrator plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of activities related to the company’s Human Resources function. The role is primarily responsible, under general supervision, for supporting the Manager, Compensation in the administration of the company’s incentive plans.
Note: This role is currently being offered on a temp-to-hire basis.
Compensation
This role is a non-exempt position with a targeted salary range of $24.00/hour to $29.00/hour.
Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant’s geographical location.
Essential Functions
- Administer Sales and Sales Support incentive plans for assigned regions; including but not limited to drafting new individual performance incentive plan documents (“Plan”) and applicable exhibits, and revising the existing ones as changes are made.
- Send out the plans and applicable exhibits via DocuSign for e-signature as requested by the managers or regional administrators; follow through pending plans to ensure 100% completion.
- Save executed plans into UltiPro HRIS; maintain a tracking sheet with the plan details and effective dates.
- Monitor HR notifications on new hires, terminations, position changes, and branch openings/closings to determine if the plans need to be altered. Reach out to managers to inquire about possible plan changes.
- Respond to managers on compensation related inquiries.
- Assist other team members on special projects as needed.
- Make recommendations to improve processes and workflow to increase department’s efficiency and effectiveness; proactively identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree directly related to the position or equivalent, required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum two years experience sales compensation or finance fields.
- Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Intermediate level knowledge of HRIS systems and HR data, preferably using UltiPro.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
- Must be able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications required.

Requirements
- Work is primarily sedentary; mobility in an office setting.

- Ability to accurately interpret sounds and associated meanings at a volume consistent with interpersonal conversation.
- Regularly required to accurately perceive, distinguish and interpret information received visually and through audio; e.g., words, numbers and other data broadcasted aloud/viewed on a screen, as well as print and other media.
