Lead the Future of Print on Demand

We’re looking for a visionary President to lead Gooten’s next phase of growth—driving strategy, scaling operations, and building meaningful partnerships across the e-commerce ecosystem.
Position Overview:
The President will oversee Gooten’s business operations while defining and executing a forward-looking strategy that unlocks the company’s full potential. This leader will focus on accelerating growth, expanding our product and fulfillment ecosystem, and shaping Gooten’s position as a category leader in Print on Demand. Working closely with the executive team, board, and external partners, the President will drive operational excellence, innovation, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a clear vision and strategy to expand Gooten’s market presence and long-term growth trajectory.
- Lead cross-functional teams—spanning technology, operations, partnerships, and go-to-market—to ensure alignment and accountability toward business goals.
- Build and strengthen Gooten’s brand position through innovative go-to-market strategies and industry thought leadership.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding business development efforts, partnerships, and enterprise client acquisition.
- Oversee operational excellence, ensuring scalability, profitability, and efficiency across the business.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce brands, platforms, and strategic partners.
- Serve as the external face of Gooten—representing the company at industry events, conferences, and with investors or key stakeholders.
- Partner with finance leadership to manage budgets, forecast scenarios, and ensure sustainable profitability.
- Evaluate potential strategic partnerships, investments, or acquisitions that strengthen Gooten’s product and fulfillment capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Proven senior leadership experience in SaaS, e-commerce, fulfillment, or technology-driven industries.
- Track record of scaling organizations, driving revenue growth, and executing successful strategic plans.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce trends, digital engagement, and platform-based business models.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and investment priorities.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to inspire and align diverse teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with operational execution.
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $200,000-225,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
