SunWorks Landscape Partners is a leading private equity-backed commercial landscape service company. POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Company President, you will lead a SunWorks operating company and own the P&L of a multimillion-dollar business from day one. You will be responsible for the financial performance of the company and will work to grow your business organically and through M&A. You will leverage SunWorks’ value creation playbook and other resources to enable your business to reach its full potential.

- Persistent in the face of temporary setbacks, relentlessly driven, and ambitious for yourself and your team
- Meaningful operations leadership experience in a “team of teams” environment (e.g., military, manufacturing, logistics, field services, etc.)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all business functions and operations as the Company President
- Full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility
- Hire and develop talent at all levels of the organization
- Oversee the implementation of a standardized ERP system and financial management tools
- Expand geographically through the development of new branches
- Partner with SunWorks’ investing team to assess, close, and integrate add-on acquisitions
- Maximize ROIC by growing revenue and operating profit
COMPENSATION AND TIMING
A competitive compensation package will be offered. Relocation required. Must be geographically flexible.
