Manage client relationships and daily landscape maintenance operations for commercial properties. Lead and develop 3-5 crews (12-25 employees), ensure safety and quality, coordinate enhancements and irrigation/agronomy/arbor care teams, perform property assessments, and support budgeting and improvement plans.

The Management Development Program Associate will participate in a 6-month rotation through various departments, gaining experience in operations, finance, and customer relationship management.
