Purpose:
Provides administrative support on HR operations. Responsible for operating the Personnel administration.
Activities:
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (Workday and Revolution) to ensure 100% data quality and coordinate with Payroll to validate incidences. Register new hire, transfer, terminations and changes of cost center, level, salary, supervisor, maintain Human Resources information, employee file; prepare headcount reports and personal administration generally. Update and maintain.
- Handle daily REPSE operations with stakeholders and providers for a correct administration for the STPS. Control of contractors on boarding.
- Responsible for the correct own registration and timely payment process of invoices and cross charges by HR processes. Analyze and validate the correct payment of shared services received from other BU.
- Coordinate the On/Off boarding system and process, with the Hiring Managers, and the entry process the first day of each employee.
- NOM 035 surveys and culture campaigns.

- Bachelor´s degree in HR, Administrative or related field required
- Fluent proficiency in Spanish and English
Experience
- At least 2 years in HR related working experience from multinational companies
- Technical knowledge: workday, SAP (desired)
