The role provides leadership and expert advice in the areas of Compensation & Benefits across all businesses in a local HR Cluster. The role secures the local delivery of the C&B strategy and is responsible for the local delivery of C&B policies, programs and processes.
The role reports to the HR Director (Cluster) and Compensation & Benefits Director (Region).

What You Will DoLeads the local preparation and delivery of Global C&B/HR processes (i.e., Merit & Bonus)
Provides guidance, training and services to local and international HR Business Partners, Payroll and HR Administration in the areas of Compensation, Benefits, Pension, Collective Agreements and Mobility
Ensures compliance with local legislation, market competitiveness and harmonization across local entities by proposing relevant adjustments to existing C&B, Mobility, Pension and Labor Relations policies and guidelines within a country to
Oversees the local administration of Benefits/Pension programs and manages vendor relations
Participates or leads local C&B or HR projects
Responsible for the development of practices and regulations aiming for increased organizational efficiency within the own country cluster.
Is accountable for and runs C&B Data Audit reports on a Country level and propose corrections
Ensure continuous improvement of data quality by raising the awareness and importance of data amongst the local GBS/HR community
Secures the access to relevant country market data (i.e. via surveys, networks etc.)
May lead a small team of C&B/Mobility professionals
Relevant Bachelor’s degree or similar
7-10 years of relevant work experience in Compensation/Benefits
Business and financial acumen
Strong analytical mindset & problem-solving
Data literacy
Quantitative and qualitative research methods and analysis
Local Labor Law Knowledge
