We are looking for a Community Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our subscribers, customers, and social media followers, providing friendly, professional, and timely support across email, phone, and live chat. You will play a key role in ensuring our community has a seamless and positive experience, while helping to troubleshoot issues and improve our support processes.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
- Provide compassionate, clear, and accurate assistance to community members.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with the community team to identify trends and improve support processes.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all participants.
