This is a remote position.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to support our growing online Insights Community www.bluedotcomuna.com
▪ Community Support – Responding to queries and concerns raised by community members
▪ Community Wellness - Assess all member interactions and processes. We need to become more member-centric to keep them happy and engaged
▪ Community Research - Conduct surveys of members to identify pain points and opportunities. This will include assessing our rewards structure
▪ Community Growth and Expansion – Assisting with campaigns to grow the Jamaican community and expand to other countries
▪ Project Enquiries – Responding to business enquiries for new projects
