As a Community & Stakeholder Graduate, you’ll help project teams engage with residents, traders, schools, community members, clients and internal stakeholders. This is a great role if you enjoy people, writing, planning, problem-solving and helping turn complex project information into clear, useful communication.

About you

You’ll bring:

  • A relevant Communications, Public Relations, Community Engagement, Social Science, Business or related qualification

  • Practical decision-making skills

  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • A hands-on approach and willingness to work as part of a team

  • Passion, enthusiasm, resilience and drive

  • Flexibility to travel, work occasional weekends or night shift, and relocate for career opportunities where required

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must:

  • Have valid working rights in Australia

  • Have completed a relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years, or be due to complete your studies before February 2027

  • Have achieved a minimum overall weighted average mark of 65 out of 100
