What’s on offer?

We are seeking a highly organised Community & Stakeholder Administrator to support the delivery of stakeholder and community engagement activities across our program. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating projects, and helping deliver clear, timely, and effective communication with communities and stakeholders.


In this role, you will support the planning and delivery of community and stakeholder engagement activities across a range of projects and initiatives. You will work closely with project teams, communications specialists, contractors, councils, community representatives, and other key stakeholders to help ensure engagement is coordinated, responsive, and aligned with program goals.


In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Provide administrative support to stakeholder and community engagement activities across the program
  • Prepare and maintain engagement schedules, stakeholder contact lists, databases, and reporting records
  • Draft routine correspondence, meeting minutes, community notifications, presentations, and engagement materials
  • Maintain accurate stakeholder records, track enquiries, issues and actions, and ensure information is up to date across stakeholder management systems
  • Respond to stakeholder and community enquiries in a professional, timely and customer-focused manner
  • Coordinate meetings, communications and engagement activities to support project delivery timeframes.

How you'll connect to the role:

  • Experience in administration, project support, communications coordination/administration, or a similar role
  • Experience in infrastructure, utilities, water, local government, or community-facing environments would be an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence using digital platforms, stakeholder systems, and reporting tools to support engagement delivery and administration
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work with the ability to identify practical process improvements that strengthen coordination, communication and reporting
