What You'll Bring to the Team:
Florence Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Community and Partner Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our customer and industry events, community-building initiatives, and partnership marketing activities. In this role, you will foster meaningful connections, develop scalable processes, and work cross-functionally to generate both new revenue and ongoing customer retention. Branded Event Management
- Lead Florence's branded events-including the annual Research Revolution Summits, user conferences, global Florence-managed events, and additional industry tradeshow engagements.
- Drive the entire event lifecycle: Set budgets, manage schedules, coordinate speakers, handle vendor relationships, craft communications, and promote events for maximum impact.
- Measure event success through metrics tied to new revenue growth and customer retention, ensuring a strong return on investment.
Community Program Management
- Build and nurture a global community of Florence customers and target personas, driving qualified opportunities through community-led growth.
- Coordinate all logistics-scheduling, communications, content creation, and resource allocation-to ensure seamless execution of community programs.
- Manage existing community groups such as the Site Enablement League (100+ senior life science executives) and the Executive Advisory Board, working closely with our Chief Clinical Trial Officer and senior executive customers.
- Develop a pipeline strategy with the Director of Demand Generation, ensuring community programs contribute significantly to lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer retention.
Industry Association Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with key industry associations (ACRP, AACI, SCRS, SOCRA, CRO, etc.).
- Position Florence as a thought leader, coordinating representation by internal KOLs and managing association calendars and events.
External KOL Management
- Cultivate a network of industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who can advocate for Florence.
- Secure speaking engagements and panel placements at industry events to expand Florence's visibility.
- Partner with the content marketing manager to involve KOLs in creating high-value thought leadership materials.
Partnership Marketing Management
- Collaborate with external partners to plan and execute co-marketing initiatives that drive mutual brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Foster positive relationships with vendors and industry partners, continuously identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
- Generate leads and MQLs through targeted partnership marketing activities.
Measurement
- Develop performance tracking tools to measure community engagement, growth, and impact on overall company revenue.
- Analyze event and program success to continuously refine strategies and optimize ROI.
Key Performance Indicators
- Industry Mentions: Frequency of Florence and community programs featured in industry publications.
- Qualified Leads: Number of qualified leads originating from community-led initiatives.
- Revenue Generating Engagement: Percentage of current customers actively participating in community programs.
- KOL Involvement: Volume and level of external KOLs engaged in Florence's community activities.
- Community Adoption: Number of target customer personas actively involved in our community.
An Ideal Candidate Has:
- 4+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in event or community management.
- Proven track record of leading innovative, experiential events with great attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- SaaS industry experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
