Summary Generated by Built In

Help build something meaningful.

We're building something bigger than events.

This is an opportunity for a highly organized, people-centered operator to help shape a growing community from the inside. You'll take ownership of event operations, help keep the community engaged between events, and gradually become a key partner in turning ideas into reality.

The role begins with one event so we can see how we work together. It's a paid part-time role from day one, with the potential for the scope, impact, and compensation to grow significantly over time.

Location: Country/Region - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Own event operations: vendor coordination, guest check-in, welcome team support, timelines, and pre-event readiness.

  • Coordinate with team members and partners to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Be present during event setup, troubleshoot issues, and help create a seamless guest experience.

  • Manage community initiatives, including partnerships, activations, and special projects.

  • Engage the community online: respond to messages, foster conversations, and help members feel connected.

  • Support social media strategy: maintain the content calendar, coordinate with creatives, and surface stories worth sharing.

  • Identify opportunities for collaborations, introductions, sponsorships, and new programming.

  • Bring ideas forward proactively and help turn the best ones into executed projects.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Natural ownership and follow-through.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Comfort managing multiple moving pieces at once.

  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.

  • Good judgment, taste, and attention to detail.

  • Understanding of social media and online community engagement.

  • A genuine excitement for bringing people together and building something meaningful.

Operations experience is the top priority. You don't need to be an expert in every area. Initiative, curiosity, and the ability to grow into the role matter just as much.

Your Perks: What's in it for you

  • Paid from the start with room for significant growth.

  • Start with one event to make sure the fit feels right for both sides.

  • Expand your responsibilities over time across operations, community, partnerships, and strategy.

  • Work closely with the founder and have a real voice in shaping the future of the community.

  • Build meaningful relationships with creators, entrepreneurs, partners, and community members.

  • Help create experiences that genuinely impact people.

What Success Looks Like

  • Events run smoothly without constant founder oversight.

  • Vendors, partners, and team members feel organized and supported.

  • Guests have a thoughtful, connected experience.

  • The online community stays active and engaged between events.

  • Social media feels strategic, consistent, and community-driven.

  • Great ideas are prioritized, organized, and executed instead of getting lost.

  • You become a trusted partner in helping shape what comes next.
