About This Role
Think Academy U.S. is seeking a Community Operations Intern to help grow and support our Facebook Group community. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with content creation for Educational Technology products, group engagement, and community activities—everything from highlighting key product features to assisting with content planning and group campaigns.
If you’re passionate about building online communities from 0 to 1, love creating engaging posts, and want real experience in community operations and content strategy, we’d love to meet you!
As a Community Operations Intern at Think Academy, your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and engaging new group members to foster a friendly, active community
- Assisting with moderating group discussions and ensuring members follow group rules
- Help planning and creating engaging posts, polls, or events relevant to our community
- Supporting in preparing group communications, announcements, and member spotlights
- Monitoring group activity and provide feedback or ideas to enhance group engagement
- Collecting and organizing community feedback to help improve our products and content
- Working closely with the operations and content team to coordinate content strategy, group campaigns, or initiatives
Working Schedule: Wednesday to Friday from 10am - 4pm PST
What We're Looking For:
- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related fields
- Genuine interest in online communities and social media platforms (especially experience with Facebook Groups)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese/Spanish is a plus)
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, proactive, and creative personality
- Familiarity with the U.S. K-12 education system and interest in Educational Technology
- Bonus: Experience in group moderation, content planning, or running community events
