Community Operations Coordinator

Jasper | Prescott Valley, AZ

$50,000 Annually + Comprehensive Benefits + 16 Paid Holidays

Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.

At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.

We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.

We're looking for a Community Operations Coordinator to join our team at Jasper, a thoughtfully designed community in Prescott Valley featuring modern architecture, environmentally conscious homes, and beautiful mountain surroundings. At the heart of the community is J Club, a private membership club offering resort-style amenities, social activities, and unique dining experiences.

In this role, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the community, assist residents, coordinate administrative processes, and help maintain community standards. You'll work closely with the community leadership team to keep operations running smoothly while providing a welcoming and responsive experience for residents and stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to be part of a growing community where attention to detail, strong relationships, and exceptional service make a difference every day.

If you're organized, approachable, and enjoy balancing administrative responsibilities with resident interaction and problem-solving, we'd love to meet you.
