Community Managment Internship Society & Community Engagement

Introduction

Join ASML’s Society and Community Engagement team and help shape programs that connect technology with community. From the ASML Marathon Eindhoven to the Van Gogh Museum partnership, your work will contribute to building inclusive and attractive communities that reflect ASML’s mission to unlock the potential of people and society.

Your assignment

As a Community Engagement intern, you’ll bring creativity and structure to our outreach programs. You’ll support the team in developing and organizing initiatives that strengthen ASML’s local presence and social impact.
Your responsibilities include:

• Assist in planning and executing events such as GLOW and the ASML Marathon Eindhoven.
• Contribute ideas for new community programs aligned with ASML’s engagement strategy.
• Support logistics and coordination for ongoing projects and partnerships.
• Help prepare communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
• Document learnings and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.

This is an apprentice or graduation internship suitable for bachelor and master students, for minimum 4 months, for 4/5 days per week (4 days on-site). The start date of this internship is February 2025.

 
Your profile

To be suitable for the internship, you:

• Are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, event management, or community development.
• Are creative, proactive, and enthusiastic about social impact.
• Have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Are fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Other requirements you need to meet:

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

• Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;

• You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

• If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
