  • Manage budgets, collections, and property reporting

  • 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
  • Previous Community Manager experience preferred
  • Experience managing budgets, collections, and occupancy goals
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
