What we’re looking for

We’re looking to engage a Community Manager to own the day-to-day community presence of Duelbits across Discord, Telegram, Reddit, Bitcointalk, and external community spaces.

This is a highly hands-on role focused on building genuine engagement, maintaining active communities, and ensuring Duelbits remains present wherever our audience already spends time.

The philosophy is simple: be where the community is.

You will manage community conversations directly, lead moderation activity, run activations and events, and help shape how players experience the brand across all community touchpoints.

What you’ll be doing

Discord, Telegram & Owned Community Channels

• Own the day-to-day management of Duelbits’ Discord server as the primary community hub.
• Manage server structure, onboarding flows, moderation systems, bots, roles, and engagement frameworks.
• Keep the community active through events, giveaways, prediction contests, sports moments, and product activations.
• Lead and coordinate moderators and community executives across time zones.
• Support Telegram and on-site community features alongside Discord.
• Amplify social and marketing content across community channels to drive engagement and conversation.
  

Reddit, Bitcointalk & External Communities

• Maintain an active presence across Reddit, Bitcointalk, Telegram groups, forums, and external Discord communities.
• Monitor conversations, respond to questions, and engage authentically within crypto and gaming communities.
• Track brand mentions, player sentiment, and competitor community activity.
• Escalate complaints, reputation concerns, or recurring issues internally where required.
• Build relationships with community members, moderators, creators, and influential voices within the space.

Community Engagement & Activations

• Plan and execute community activations including contests, AMAs, watch parties, giveaways, and prediction events.
• Support launches, partnerships, ambassador moments, and promotional campaigns through community channels.
• Develop initiatives that strengthen engagement, participation, and long-term community activity.
• Support ambassador and loyalty-style initiatives for highly engaged community members.

What you bring

Core Capability

• 3+ years’ experience in community management within crypto, iGaming, Web3, or adjacent digital environments.
• Active participation across Discord, Telegram, Reddit, Bitcointalk, and crypto-native communities.
• Hands-on experience managing Discord and Telegram communities at scale, including moderation, bots, and engagement management.
• Strong understanding of crypto culture, gaming communities, and player behaviour.
• Fast, platform-native communication style with the ability to adapt tone across different audiences and platforms.
• Experience managing moderators, community contributors, or small distributed teams.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, always-on community environments.

Advantageous Experience

• Existing network or reputation within crypto gaming or Web3 communities.
• Experience running ambassador, loyalty, or community reward initiatives.
• Familiarity with Discord tooling, moderation systems, and community automation.
• Personal familiarity with crypto casinos, sportsbooks, or prediction markets.
• Experience using AI tools for content drafting, sentiment monitoring, reporting, or scheduling.
• Multilingual capability is a plus.
