The Role
HB NEXT is seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused Manager to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL. If you're someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working outdoors, and appreciates flexible hours, this full-time position could be the perfect fit for you!
As an Environmental Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that job sites operate efficiently and remain in compliance with industry standards. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact between our clients, HB NEXT management, and field crews, overseeing all site operations to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained. Your role will be critical in building strong relationships and collaborating with fellow managers and teams to drive success.

Requirements: 
  • FSESCI certification (or equivalent) or the ability to obtain within 60 days – can be provided by HB NEXT 
  • Previous construction field experience highly desired 
  • Reliable transportation 
  • Self-starter 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality service to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Review and assess completed BMP work daily to ensure standards are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve common goals.
  • Thrive in an outdoor, fast-paced, and constantly changing work setting.
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines, with strong organizational skills.
