The Client Administrator supports the CPP Client Partner & Safety teams with various administrative tasks, assists clients, performs data entry, facilitates client requests, and conducts follow-ups. This role is an entry-level position designed to provide exposure to HB NEXT’s business and prepare for a Client Partner role.

The Client Partner is responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring service deliverables, and communicating clients' needs to the internal team. They oversee the operational aspects of the Compliance Partner Program and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure a successful SaaS launch and client retention.
