What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day property operations, including leasing, marketing, and resident relations
- Oversee rent collections, budget control, and occupancy goals
- Support and manage on-site office and maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with all housing and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily property management (Required)
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Entrata experience is a plus)
